Platform for Approval Documents for Eurographics Workshops or Symposia

Organizers of Eurographics Workshops or Symposia are invited to submit documents for the approval of the event by the EG Workshop Board. Please read the following instructions carefully.

This platform has been created in order to simplify and streamline the approval of Eurographics Workshops and Symposia. (The platform replaces the SRM platform.)

Guidelines for Organizers/Chairs

The Events Management Workflow is described in the Eurographics Workshops and Symposia Handbook (Update July 2023) (pdf)

The "Technical Meeting Request Form" can be downloaded from:

• EG_tmrf_202102 (pdf) and

A version for ACM SIGGRAPH-EG co-sponsored events is available at

• EG_ACM_Cosponsoring_tmrf_201903 (pdf) and
• EG_ACM_Cosponsoring_tmrf_201903 (word)

Please follow the workflow:

• Download EG-WS-Handbook and familiarize yourself with the main items.
• Login and add a new item (in the sidebar). Submit documents for a new event in 2024.
• Fill in the form.
• Upload at least the TMRF.
• Upload the budget plan, the CFP, further documents if available.

After finishing you will be contacted by the EG Workshop Board in due course.
